These Terms govern the use of the YU Beauty app operated by YU Beauty salon, 8 rue Arson, Nice, 06300, France. The app is exclusively for our salon clients.

1. Purpose

The app allows clients to book appointments, view visit history, receive reminders and enjoy loyalty benefits. It is not an aggregator or marketplace.

2. Use of the app

You agree to use the app honestly and provide accurate information. Any unauthorized or fraudulent use is prohibited.

3. Booking and cancellation

Appointments can be booked or cancelled directly in the app. The salon reserves the right to refuse service after repeated no-shows.

4. Liability

YU Beauty ensures the technical reliability of the app but is not responsible for temporary connection issues or device failures.
